TELEPHONE CONSULTATION

ALL healthcare providers are moving to more to offering telephone / tele-medical appointments in the NHS and Private Sector:

I am offering telephone clinics most days 18:00-20:00 and in addition during the Day.

It now appears that ALL insurance companies are adding remote phone/online video consultation with a specialist.

However, make sure you are getting these pre-authorised.

Due to the large number of requests for advice since the pandemic I will have to arrange answering most of them via a formal telephone consultation to keep up with the demand.

What are the costs of the telephone consultations?

Please find the current costs under fees.

How to go about to set up a telephone appointment?

Please contact us with the request of a telephone consultation.

Please provide us with information prior to the telephone appointment: name of child, age, contact details including your address and issue you would like to discuss.

We will contact you via email with a registration form and request to agree to the conditions and give you a date and time range for the telephone consultation.

Once the appointment is confirmed you have to arrange payment ahead of the consultation unless stated specifically. You may have to pay in advance and claim it back from your insurance.
